• Hands-on experience, where you'll learn everything from creating a starter to baking delicious bread
• (1) mature starter to take home
• (1) freshly baked boule loaf, baked during class
• (1) unbaked boule loaf that you will mix in class and rise and bake at home

Love making sourdough bread, and ready to step up your game? It's time for add-ins! In this fall festive class we will be making a sweet sourdough pumpkin loaf and learn how to incorporate new flavors into your sourdough without losing that unique sourdough texture.
